I was recently admitted to the hospital on 3 different occassions. On each admission I told them I
was allergic to sqaush

Additional Details:
it was was noted in my record I was served sqaush on each visit. It was ingested on one visit due
to error the nurse told me it was chicken and i could not see due to diabetes. The crash team was
called and i went into serve allergic reation. What can I do?
